Artist's pick is a handful of tattoos, drawings or just images that have been picked out by an artist at The Jester's Quarters. These images are chosen by the artist because it's either liked personally, wanting for portfolio or many other reasons and you get a great deal in return for getting it. This price is for the outline only and will have additional charges for shading and/or coloring. This tattoo can be applied on leg or arm. This offer is only availble 1 time and once purchased will be removed, but another one will replace it.
